RecycleSpot.org

RecycleSpot.org is the Kansas City metro area’s one-stop spot for recycling, reuse and waste reduction information.
Residents want to recycle more, but they don’t always know what, where, when or how to recycle. RecycleSpot.org answers those questions by providing a searchable database that lists everything that is recyclable in the Kansas City metro area, information on recycling events, the latest news, simple how-to information, and much more.
RecycleSpot.org was developed by the MARC Solid Waste Management District (MARC SWMD) and the Mid-America Regional Council. Recycling services included are for the nine-county area that MARC serves in the Kansas City region (Cass, Clay, Jackson, Platte and Ray counties in Missouri and Johnson, Leavenworth, Miami and Wyandotte counties in Kansas). Information in RecycleSpot.org is collected and maintained by the MARC SWMD staff. The website is partially funded by grants from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
